Residential Single Family Homes – January 2016
- 195 new listings on the market, down 9.7% from January, 2015
- 538 total number of residential listings, down 35.4% from January 2015
- 96 homes sold in January 2016, up 6.6%
- $34,670,218 total residential sales dollar volume was up 4.9%
The largest increase in residential sales was in the price range of $350,00 to $499,00, an increase of 56.3% over January 2015. Sales over 1 million were down 50% over last year.
