Studio Tour of the Arts – Blue Mountain

October 7 to 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Local artists invite you to their studios on Thanksgiving Weekend around Thornbury, Clarksburg, Craigleith & Kimberley.   Many studios are within walking distance of each other, and others are a short drive through our scenic countryside. Collingwood Downtown Farmers Market & Art Chair Auction

Shop the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, October 7th from 10 am to1 pm for your chance to purchase one of the Art Chairs. Silent auction bidding will begin at 10 am and will close at 1 pm. The Art Chairs were painted to celebrate the theme of ‘Collingwood Celebrates Canada’ by local artists. Chairs were created by aspiring young artists from Collingwood Collegiate to world renowned professionals living locally.

Run Collingwood Half Marathon

The Half Marathon course runs right down Collingwood’s “Main Street” and continues out to the rolling countryside towards the Niagara Escarpment.  The 10K provides an equally fast, scenic rural run conducive to setting your personal best! The scenery and fall colours give the Collingwood Half Marathon a beauty all its own.
The Collingwood Half Marathon and 10K courses are certified with Athletics Canada. Your entry includes a technical running shirt and participation medal. New this year – a Children’s 2 km race!
