The Coldest Night of the Year

Every year the Keleher + Co. team take part in a fundraising walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. The funds raised help Home Horizon support local youth in need. Every year, the Coldest Night of the Year provides a moment for tens of thousands of Canadians to step out of their comfort zones and illuminate their communities with compassion. Since 2011, this initiative has raised over $70 million in 182 communities across Canada, with 100% of net proceeds remaining local to support CNOY charity partners.

In February 2024, the Collingwood community came together and raised an incredible $192,430 for the cause.

+ Shelter Foundation

Established in 1998, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is the largest public foundation in Canada dedicated to funding women’s shelters and domestic violence prevention. Agents, offices, and staff of Royal LePage actively contribute to the Foundation’s mission, ensuring that women and children seeking refuge from domestic abuse find the safety and support they need.

In addition to our team members supporting individual fundraising events, all Keleher + Co. agents continuously support the Foundation through commission donations. In recognition of their exceptional dedication, Maggie Jarvos earned a spot in the Top 1% of all donors, while Chris Keleher achieved Top 10% in 2023.
