The total dollar volume for SGBAR Western Region March 2015 was up 57% over March 2014 and 47% in unit sales over March 2014.
The combination of lower inventory and higher dollar volume and unit sales resulted in a number of homes selling over asking price and a boost in the average selling price in all areas.
