Western Region – All Property Types

  • Total # of New Listings March 429 – 1% from 2015 (423)
  • Total # of Listings YTD 951 down -8% from 2015 1039
  • Total # of Sales March  (units) 188 – 0% (188 – 2015)
  • Total # of Sales YTD 475 – up 14% (417 – 2015)
  • Total Sales Dollar Volume March $70,206,824 – a 10% increase over 2015 ($63,856,678)
  • Total Sales Dollar Volume YTD $175,919,467 – 145,265,955 an increase of 21%

Western Region – All Residential

  • Total # of New Listings March 298 – down -6.6% from 2015 (319)
  • Total # of Listings YTD 577 – down -39% 2015 (947)
  • Total # of Sales March  (units) 169 – 2015 – 169

Clearview

  • 28 new listings – decrease -21.4% – year to date listings up 18.6%
  • 21 sales – increase of 50% – year to date increase of 91%
  • Sales/Listings Ratio 75%
  • Average Sale Price $449,476
  •  Average 12 month sale price up 4.6%

Collingwood

  • 38 new listings – down -17.4% – year to date down -16.5%
  • 18 sales – down -31.% – year to date uo 1.6%
  • Sales/Listings Ratio 47%
  • Average Sale Price $458,277
  • Average 12 month sale price up 7.2%

The Blue Mountains

  • 24 new listings March  decrease – 47% – year to date down -18.6%
  • 15 sales – increase 15.4% – year to date decrease -9.6%
  • Sales/Listings Ratio 63%
  • Average Sale Price $803,433
  • Average12 month sale price up 16%

The Municipality of Meaford

  • 38 new listings – no change – year to date decrease -21.2%
  • 10 sales – decrease -9% – year to date – decrease of -32%
  • Sales/Listings Ratio 26%
  • Average Sale Price $332,000
  • Average 12 month sale price up 10%

Wasaga Beach

  • 78 new listings – decrease -16% – year to date -16.5%
  • 49 sales – increase of 29% – year to date – up 59%
  • Sales/Listings Ratio 63%
  • Average Sale Price $314,392
  • Average 12 month sale price up 8.2%
